For sale due to having an s15 on the way. R plate Toyota Aristo JZS161, black with black leather and black wheels, described as "murdered out" by ghetto youths and scene yo types. It's got 83k on the clock (mixture of miles and kms), has a bit of japanese history and a few receipts. The car is standard apart from a set of BC coilovers and it is immaculate. Drives faultlessly, looks great and it's bloody quick. Alll you could want in a car if you ask me. The car is booked in to have a GS300 rear subframe fitted on the 13th of July (everywhere is so busy atm), but if anyone wants to buy the car before hand the subframe will be supplied with the car. The car has a minor fault which is the rear steering has play (hence buying a gs300 subframe to eradicate the problem), there are a few stone chips but no other problems. There is a brand new JVC bluetooth head unit fitted (no JDM touch sreen display so you can fit your own head unit), 19x8.5 & 19x9.5 RAYS (iirc) alloys with brand new tyres all round, 6 months MOT. I'd like £4950 for the car, px's swaps etc will be considered. The car can also come on these BBS 18 inch wheels (also with new tyres) if preferred
i think i bought your bro's white altezza earlier today. Properly sound guy so imagine this will be the same!
I'm advertising this for Sam's brother. That altezza is about as good of an altezza as you can get. This is the nicest unmolested aristo I've seen.
I didn't know you'd bought this, its my old car Hope you get the asking price, I mugged myself off when I sold it.
Here is a better description of the car. R Reg Toyota Aristo V300 Vertex Edition (JZS161) with 2JZGTE-VVTi (Twin Turbo) 83,000 miles (some of it could have been kilometres) Black exterior in very good condition for age (small bit of lacquer peel on passenger side front wing – I can have this repaired for asking price, hasn’t bothered me much) Black leather interior in very good condition, rear seats look like they haven’t really been used. Black marbled dash Plenty of history including some Lexus dealer and most old MOTs are present. Current MOT runs out in September 2015. 2JZGTE – VVTi Twin Turbo engine, completely standard, silky smooth, extremely quiet and really surprises everyone with how fast it is. Automatic transmission, changes gears very smoothly, also has the tip-tronic function with gear change buttons on the steering wheel. The car currently sits on BC Coilovers (BR Type) that are just over 6 months old, I’ve driven the car less than a 1000 miles under my ownership. Most importantly the rear sub-frame has been swapped with a UK GS300 sub-frame to eliminate the ARS (4WS) so it handles much better. The car will come with a the 19” five spoke dished staggered fitment alloy wheels in satin black with polished lips with brand new tyres. OR The car can also come with 18” BBS wheels with brand new tyres if preferred. The rear lights have been changed to LED type which look superb. Usual Toyota/Lexus luxuries Toyota wind deflectors Airbags Dual zone climate control with ice cold AC. Cruise control. Traction control. Electrically adjustable front seats including lumbar support for the driver Electric windows Central locking Electrically adjusting / folding mirrors. Factory self levelling Xenon head lights Very rare rear electric blind and original Aristo floor mats Brand new JVC stereo, CD, USB, AUX, FM, DAB, Bluetooth. Alarm/immobiliser. I bought the car with the intention of making it manual(I even sourced most of the parts required - available separately) but the car is too nice to be molested plus I have now acquired a Nissan Silvia S15 so need the space.
Off topic I need a rear subframe for my Aristo. It is Very snakey, any pointers where I can get one and have it fitted? How do I find drift factory goggle was of no help
Regarding the rear subframe you need one off a lexus gs. Or an ars camcellor bar & the electronic gizmo that will turn the warning light off the dash. There are a few threads on the topic on clubaristo.net.
Yep I've got a ARS delete bar and seen the resistor mod you can do to the ARS ECU on aristo.net Hopefully will sort out the snaking otherwise will have to do a swap
The car is in Friern Barnet (north London). With regards to the gs subframe pm dale b on here and he'll tell you all you need to know. There is also a lock bar on ebay if that helps?
Just as a matter of interest, iv a aristo myself and want to put normal cd player into it, do i get gs300 heater switch panel??
I can sell you a BeatSonic kit that will allow you to do this, plug and play. But of you have the nav screen you'll need the GS climate unit.
It has a screen alright but not sure is it a nav screen, i dont have the car long so just geting to know it ha! If i cant get the nav working i be interested in that unit you on about 'swampy' what would i have to do for a radio antenna???
If you have a touchscreen fitted it is for the sat nav, heater/ climate controls stereo settings,TV, The sat nav unit is on the right hand side in the boot. The aerial is incorporated in the rear screen. Have a look on club aristo & search emv for numerous questions & answers.
