    I have been trained by A5H, and found this - might be a bit outdated as it's from 2008 (some of them weren't working), but it's got a fair amount of stores.

    There are almost always some nice ones in stock at FCNY & FCLA, and if you're looking for an used market (also deadstock), there are Sole Collector and N-SB.

    Hope I pointed you in a somehow right direction :) Someone please correct me if I've got something wrong, I'm still quite noob at this:wack:
