I'm always carrying / towing something so I want to build a usable V8 pickup

I has to be a King / Supercab as sometimes I have to carry passengers but I need loadspace so not a quad cab

So is there any reason to pick a Navara / L200 / Ranger / Other ?

It will be a 3UZ (as I have one already) manual and RWD

So other than checking weight and finding a tidy body is one better than another in any way ?

    Thanks

I like those Colorados but the small bed doesn't work for me

    I have GS430 donor already

I've been googling weights and checking which have LSD as std and whilst I should buy a 2WD I think I'm going for a 4wd to get some spec including AC and they look a lot better and I'll then bin the 4WD because they are all so heavy .

    Lightest is a 98 2WD Ranger 1450kg the D40 quad cab are over 2000kg !

My Jeep is 2000kg with 265hp and it's slow, so I'd like to get down to 1500kg if possible bearing in mind it's going to be a daily.

Supercab ranger still have a useable bed and 4 seats.
Im doing an om605 conversion to mine soon.
They have quite abit of space in the engine bay and are 2wd as standard.
