    visited Thor today, remapped the PowerFC to suit the GT28-RS using the FCDatalogit software. Running 1.3bar I got 324.9@the hubs :cool: :cool: :cool:

    heres the graphs, don't worry about it saying "Flywheel Torque Graph" that's because we didn't put in a transmission correction in, as in my opinion guessing flywheel figures is pretty pointless unless trying to explain to people who don't understand @the hubs figures.. Anyway the graph is definatly @the hubs :)

    Red = boost controller off, 0.9bar
    Green= boost controller on, 1.10bar
    Blue= boost controller on, 1.3bar

    and unfortunatly I can't get the AFR graph to load..

    Anyway, I = :D

    Excellent boost curve, flat as you like. I reckon youre running that turbo spot on, nice smooth power and torque graphs too, a couple of little dips but feck all to bother about :D :smash: . 314 fl/bs @4K as well, top stuff. :thumbs:

    heres a techy quessie for those in the know.:

    why does the turbo create more power below 2500rpm the lower the peak boost pressure?

    Phil,

    I think its because you arent bleeding off any pressure from the system and hence all efforts from the turbo are going into the engine = more power, very slightly anyways !!

    Nice result matey.

    Its more efficient, higher boost = more heat = less power. Reduce the boost pressure & you'll have an increase across the power range I bet

    Nah, look at the boost curve, its actually producing more boost below 2500rpm so its nothing to do with heat etc. More likely its something to do with your boost controller I suspect.

    Glen.. Me take the hump :D:D:D rofl :D:D:D *remembers to store said gravel to put in glens fuel tank..... :wack:

    Jay, they are really good, they charged me for 2 hours :worthy: £188. Yours might be a little more difficult, but I still can't see it taking half a day..

    I am confused about there being more power below 2500, in an ideal world I'd like this extra power on high boost to, it'd be usefull for pulling out of low speed corners.
