Yeah man, that program's awesome. Takes a while to start up in the morning, but it's really good. When I saw you said about the programs own RIP I knew you meant Rasterlink!

No Rastalink is just a rewrite of Wassatch, which to be fair is an average RIP my company is AIT we write Shiraz.

if Rastalink is anything like Shiraz, empty the archived jobs folder you might find that will speed it up a bit.

At current I perform a juggling act! I work at a breakers yard selling parts and cars, dealing with customers and a bit of mechanical work. I also buy and sell cars and am starting to export cars to Thailand and Laos. However everything shall be changing soon...Sorting my house out, selling it and me and my Fiancée (Who is from Laos) are moving over there next year. Shall be VERY GLAD to get away from the UK :D

Haha awesome work advice! Cheers, I'll give it a go. Had to clear it out on Friday anyway, filled up the jobs again, max is 200 to keep in the rip at a time but I expect you know that!

yeah problem is ( i would imagine) the rip has to open each of those files when opening (think your rip as a version of Photoshop) so basically its probably slowing down due to the amount and size of the files
