im looking for recommendations as to someone who can rebuild my s14 SR20DET.

I'm not in a position to do it myself so want someone competent and who know what they are doing and can also advise me as to the best build route to achieve my power goals.

What are you looking to get done? Big difference between rebuilding the bottom end or light valve work and new gaskets

For valve work, any old mechanic, but for bottom end aftermarket parts, you'd want someone specialized.

You don't really need to go forged at 400hp, I've run a little more than that on a stock bottom end. Obviously for reliability forged would be nice, but not essential.

    My 400hp build was

    BC 272 / 272 Cams
    8.5:1
    GT3071R .82
    BC Springs, Valves and retainers.
    740cc inj
    Megan Racing mani

    Had no reliability issues
