    This. Exactly this.

    I've kicked out my fair share of mods that I thought would do a good job after them getting cocky and suddenly had strong opinions about everyone after having their mod powers given to them. I even had a mod permbanning a guy for saying that said moderator was no good. Needless to say I kicked him right out, and from experience, the best mods are those who might not seem to be the most active posting wise.

    I vote Lozza to.... nice girl, knows her shit and don't take shit.. she never gets to involved in pointless threads like some of the other names on the list.

    I think Stav is a good one and also i see Mike TDSW suggested.. also a good one i think!

    Personally, i'd be happy to give something back to the forum that has felt the brunt of my bored ramblings for the past 5 or so years but to be honest i'm not too bothered either way!!
