    There's no middle ground it seems. You either get complete dogs, ready for the scrapyard (still selling for the kind of money that would land you a half decent S14) or cars whcih have been tuned or looked after in such a way that they become impractical/too expensive to use for drifting. Great cars, mind you.

    exactly, so this one would have been ideal! nice balance between spec and price!

    I was thinking that. I know of a couple of very very fast ones for sale in the £8,000 region, but mine with a stock engine was getting offers for £4,500...

    Depends really, what do you classify as 'too good to drift'?

    Have you checked the MX5oc?

    I have, nowt good about at the mo :(

    I dont care about 'too good to drift' - I just want a nice one for about 2.5k ish

    something like this one for £2800 is exactly what I had in mind, its just there nowt similar about at the moment. Its all expensive minters or 1500 quid shitbags :D

    This Eunos will be a seriously good one, its got some excellent basic spec, and consider I can get a 9:10 ring laptime out of my slower shitter one, and there are lots of drifters in the states using the 120bhp models, this will be awesome.

    Those arches are REALLY rare, I think there are 2 in the UK with them, there are about 5 or 6 known with mine... makes it that little more special. ;)

    Yeah ringer, I want something like yours used to be like! arnt you getting lots of engine work done or something now? sure I read it on fast classics :thumbs:

    the arch's are available from adrenaline racing in the USA under miata section there about 700.00 usd so bout 500 quid by the time ther get over here look wicked iv bin tryin to find some second hand in the uk

    I was trying to sell my car!

    I was desperate to by Oli's AE86 but it went before I could get the cash together :(

    So now I've got the money ready and there's nowt good about!
