...the time has come to sell my beloved s14a. I've owned this car for a good few years now and have loved every minute of it. I need more doors due to the little monster needing a bit more space. He's now 3! The car has a box-file stuffed full of bills, receipts, old MOT's and even the original book-pack with history stamped in the service log! I believe the original bill-of-sale is in there along with the original brochure! There are also a couple of dvd's of pics of work done to the car. A more complete history of a car, you are unlikely to find.

On to the details and spec:

1998 R reg S14a touring in sapphire blue (best colour [IMG])
Mot'd in March (so 11 months left)
    5 months tax
    Freshly undersealed
    Recent oil and filter change

    Engine and under bonnet:
SR20DET (with undertray still present!!) 197k but NO VVT rattle and runs perfectly - cams in excellent condition with no scoring. This car is in better condition than many with half this mileage. Its been my baby and has wanted for nothing.
GT28r tweaked by AET - spools up stupidly fast and boosts strongly to the redline
Type 2 FMIC with all polished pipework inc the top one across the fan shroud and hotpipe
    Stainless exhaust manifold
    Apex Sensible stainless exhaust
Stainless de-cat pipe. Cat is included too for whatever *cofmotcof* purposes you might need it for
    Stainless downpipe
    Trust/Greddy Airinx induction kit
    Walbro fuel pump
    Colder NGK plugs
Braided turbo lines (oil, water and rocker breather)
Greddy Profec set to 0.5bar low and 0.9bar high boost
Flourescent pink rocker cover and strut brace ends
    Stainless coilpack cover
    Stainless PAS pot cover
    Stainless battery cover
Samco silicone radiator hoses with insert for temp sender
    Carbon cooling panel
Body colour fusebox cover with "Boost up!!" sticker (good for 10 extra bhp!)
Blue silicone vac hoses for all sorts of bits!

    Powertrain
    ACT heavy duty clutch
    B&M shortshifter

    Suspension and braking:
    Driftworks CS1 coilovers
    Front strut brace
Powdercoated front lower arms with polybushes and new balljoints
    Apex tension rods
    Apex camber arms
    Whiteline ARB's front and rear
    Subframe locking collars
Goodridge braided brake lines, front and rear
Skyline GTS-T front brakes in great condition (no sticky pistons)

    Exterior and body
R33 GTR wheels with 20mm spacers on the front. Rear hubs fitted with longer studs but no spacers as the 15mm ones I have will push the wheels out too far without a roll and flare
    Kouki rear wing
    Front bumper cutout for intercooler
    Touring skirts (with end caps)
    Rear plate surround colour-coded
    LED rear indicators
    LED rear plate lights
    LED sidelights
    Smoked side repeaters
    HID headlights
    Body-coloured headlight internals
Custom front grille (I have a standard one too if required)
Pink and black chevron'd fuel flap (blue one too if required)
    Stickers!!

    Interior
Full black leather touring interior in good condition
Indiglo dash kit (really good at night!)
    Boost gauge (matches the dash)
    Alpine component speakers
    Clarion headunit

There’s probably more I’ve forgotten! I’ll add bits as and when I remember them.

    Now the not-so-good points.
Slight rust bubbles on front wings by sidelights. I never bothered with these as I intended to fit wider fibreglass front wings.
A small rust patch at the front of the drivers side rear arch.
Rev-counter has the common dry solder joint. Never bothered me as I tend to drive by feel and ear than by dials.
One rear shock knocks slightly occasionally over big bumps. Rears are set to full soft as I drove it as a daily for couple of weeks after finishing its most recent metamorphosis. Full hard and they don’t make a sound.
    Tyres will need replacing soon.

Price: I know I can get a LOT more than this by breaking it but I haven’t the heart. I’d much rather sell it to someone who’s going to use it. Its easily worth over £5k in bits. £3500 or VERY near offer.

I'm near Kings Lynn in Norfolk during working time and just north of Boston when I'm not! Car is garaged just about all the time as I'm using my company car most of the time now.

I have a load of spares and unfitted bits available as well. Buyer will get first refusal.
From what I remember: toe arms, spare rear cards, Apex catch can, various silicone hoses and joiners, front and rear lower braces, drive shafts, manifold and varied other bits.

I could be tempted with a part exchange if it fits my requirements. 4 (or 5) doors, fast, fun and a reasonable boot. Ideally I'm interested in an early Evo (1,2 or 3) or a late 90's/early 00's Impreza. But WHY?

Price drop to £3500 as I've seen something I want. Have a pair of OMP bucket seats I might be persuaded to part with too.

Have you got pics of the seats?
Very clean car mate. Good luck with the sale. 3500 is a sensible price for a quick sale I reckon :)

Which seats? The leather in the car (excellent condition!) or the OMP's? I can get either photo-messaged to you if you pm me a number. Or I could stick some up on here if I can find the damn cable!!!

Bump. Don't be put off by the mileage guys! It runs perfectly and has never given me any issues. I'm positive there's another 100k or so in there!

You did pm me before mate about it then changed your mind. Replied before I remembered that ;) I'm still interested though - giving it another couple of weeks before I start breaking it.

    Sold :(

Sad now. But the empty space in the garage won't last for long!
