Yo! Just went on my shop account & checked the recent orders (Noticed everybody was receiving outsiders today from allover the country.. Down south, further north than me etc and that I hadn't) and realised my Outsiders order had been cancelled yet I've not received any refund/email or anything to tell me this? I ordered it on 9th December quite literally minutes after it was available to pre order at £18.61 the total came too... Anybody explain this? Tbh im pretty gutted and annoyed at the same time... Cal.
Could you send an email with your order number, email address or something to help us find the order to sales@driftworks.com and we'll look into it in the morning
I've just checked mine and I seem to have the same problem? I'd ordered on 17th Dec 2011, I'll email the address above with details also.
Anyone thought of speaking to the shop side of things, rather than posting up here? Might be slightly better placed to handle your question ......... in fact, you could even use that email address James has quoted up there
In a nutshell, you didn't pay us Did you pay using a different name? We can't match your name to a payment, or a payment to your order date.
Oh rly? Nope I used my account/my name/address etc Looks like theres £18 of mine fluttering around the world somewhere now I'm investigating deeper through the bank etc Guess I'l have to order again on Friday! And not have the right to own an aweshum limi sticker
Did you make the bank transfer straight away? We've searched via date too and haven't found anything.
Yea man it was done straight away. I only ever order/pre order as & when I can afford too. Saves the hassle of remembering to pay for things later

Dude its okay. Nothing against any of you guys - Just seems like a HUGE muddle up of some sort. Been on my online statements and its not showing on there, Yet I rang the bank, explained to them and they can see the payment being sent out but when they said where it'd been sent it doesn't match the driftworks details at all comparing that to the order on my account :S As well as that it appears they've now decided they know where the £100 I lost on the same day has gone... Time to go see the bank manager and rage me thinks! As always though, Thanks for the support etc even though there wasn't loads needed. Always a great service. And even though there won't be a sticker, I'm sure I'l be ordering it again on Friday through my other account this time Stickers aren't everything. Sorry & Thanks at the same time!
All packed by hand, I can guarentee that stickers were placed in each envelope. Can you check again please *Just a thought, they are in the envelope, not the DVD case!
