yet another project skyline r32 gts..

    right got this rather clean r32 gts non turbo manual few weeks ago

    spec was:

    -tien coilovers
    -mines ecu
    -blitz airfilter
    -and some apexi dash board gadget thingi


    plan was to keep it na for a daily.... ah but whats the fun in that!

    so got hold of a low mileage rb20det which will be getting delivered sunday

    spec on that i roughly know



    -uprated pistons
    -1.8mm steel head gasket
    - other then that i think its stock :)

    soo picss for now

    as you can see in the next pic i nipped the advans for my datsun
    and whipped off the gay spoiler and put jic magic rear coilovers on as the tiens didnt have much of a drop:confused:

    so soon after knowing i had a engine sorted i got bored last night and decided to whip out the old rb20de

    Cool! :smokin: should be good mate, im just pulling the rb20det and box out of mine to put rb26dett in, i do love the rb20det tho i think its a great engine and if i had the money to forge the rb20det and keep it i would but its working out cheaper to go the rb26 route. Good luck with the conversion mate ill be keeping a eye out! :thumbs:

    cheers dude ;) :D yeah id go for the rb26 route if i had the money! :( haha

    as for the stock rb20de before anyone asks if im selling it now belongs to dirty diesel on here :thumbs:

    Yea i know, iv been looking fo an rb26 for over a year now untill i could find one that i could affored. Where did you get hold of ur 32? it looks mint!

    It looked awesome with the Advans! Like it man, it's cool to see an R32 on wheels like that, I seem to be emphasising it a lot, but put them back on and make it lows! :p

    cool. saw this for sale. i'm in the 4 stud r32 club too! what you planning for brakes wheels etc... i have a set of gtst hubs and r33 calipers ready, but not sure i can be assed with it now.

    let me know if you want to sell :p and 15inch wheels are too small imo for a skyline

    change of plans the rb20det i just bought is not a rb20det at all it is a rb25det with a rb20det head???

    so going hybrid i guess haha

    spec:

    -rb25det bottom end with uprated pistons no idea on make??
    -rb20det head
    -1.8mm steel head gasket
    -rb25det turbo

    you sure that motor isnt just a rb25de with a turbo..i would never put rb20 head on a rb25det block...and ud think no one else would either.

    well ive seen it haulling ass for 2 years at 18psi boost and its never had a problem maybe someone did it to avoid wiring a rb25 into there r32? who knows and i am a very very poor man i just hustle with parts loll

    sounds interesting. where did you pick the engine up from? im after a low milage rb20det aswell if there is such a thing? :)

    i bought the engine from fesoj it was once used in the pink do luck r32 skyline that was broken for spares
