Designed, refined and developed with the Driftworks team in the UK, this coilover is the end result of countless hours of testing and has been proven in many competitions around the world. Each HSD CS2 coilover features an uprated monotube damper design with precise 16-way damping adjustment. This allows you to dial in the perfect setup for fast road, track and competition use without being too harsh. Coupled with precision valving, the HSD CS2 gives incredible ride quality & heat dissipation so you get consistent performance even when driving hard for prolonged periods of time.
MonoPro offers 16-stage damper adjustment in an oversized Monotube piston providing precise adjustment with every click of the adjuster wheel.
16-STAGE ADJUSTABLE DAMPING
Monotube damper technology allows use of a larger damper piston valve in a larger single chamber, which enables more subtle & consistant damper control, larger volume oil capacity, improving heat dissipation, and use of a secondary floating piston with a separate gas chamber making it less prone to oil aeration.
MONOTUBE DAMPER TECHNOLOGY
Adjustable bottom mounts made from high strength steel allow for simple ride height adjustment. By winding the bottom mount either up or down the damper body, you can dial in your preferred ride height.
Full damper travel is also retained regardless of what ride height you choose to run, thanks to the height being determined by the adjustable bottom mount rather than the spring platform.
HUGE RIDE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
Beautifully machined forged aluminium components made from high grade alloy, coupled with top quality Japanese spherical bearings. On most Macpherson strut models camber adjustment is provided with an adjustable bearing carrier.
HIGH-GRADE 6061 ALLOY TOP MOUNTS
Only the highest quality grade steel springs are used with HSD coilovers. Each spring is produced from high strength, durable cold wound steel and then powder coated to help ensure strength and durability.
CUSTOM SPRING RATE OPTIONS
The threaded damper body is electro-plated to help ensure protection even through the toughest weather conditions. All aluminium components such as top mounts, locking collars etc. are bright dip anodised while the steel lower mounts go through an electrophoretic deposition (E-Coat) process followed by powder coating.
