Internal Drive (tuner) wheel nuts

I am running very narrow aperture wheels (Nismo LMGT4) and would like to change over to internal drive wheel nuts - do you stock any for Nissan fitment, with tapered bottoms? The existing aperture is only 22mm so external drive won't fit without damaging the alloys. Also, the front wheels are very deep so the tool that tightens/untightens needs to be reasonably long....
