Location: Anglesey, North Wales Price: £3450 or very near offer. Since the advert first went up, it's been sold, used daily on the road and then i bought it back as a spare in case my car wasnt ready before Drift Matsuri 2019. I'm not sure how kosher the mot was and what has been done to the car to improve it, so i'll leave the advert as it is and anything that has been fixed and isn't mentioned is a bonus. Bad points: CAT C registered. I didn't know this when i bought it, and tbh it wouldn't have bothered me as I bought it purely to do drift days. I've done a bit of work on the car and been under it and the only damage i can find is the leading edge of the drivers side sill. A new piece of metal has been bolted in place to hold the bottom of the wing and side skirt in position so it looks and drifts perfectly fine. No mot. No cable handbrake. Washer bottle cracked. Driver wing indicator missing. Battery cover missing. Centre console a bit chopped up to fit the hydro Paintwork not immaculate, been repeated from burnt orange to black Slight rust on rear arches Usual drift related scuffs One of the rear camber bolts won't adjust Boot gas struts don't work properly Interior isn't mint Ok now onto the better bits: It is basic drift spec, it has Welded diff CRC coilovers (I've never heard of them but they're not bad, performed fine on track and didn't seem crashy or uncomfortable and are new according to the previous owner) 2 x Bucket seats (fixed back, base mounted) 2 x 3 point harnesses Hydraulic handbrake with a 0.625 OBP master cylinder and a ridiculously long handle. Boot interior stripped Everything seem to work in the cabin, heater, lights, electric windows and mirrors etc etc It has also recently had: Spoiler Driftworks front camber arms Brand new genuine arms and bushes all round Service *New brake master cylinder *Replacement genuine Brembo o/s/r caliper *Replacement bleed nipples (all 8) *HEL braided lines all round *Green TRS adjustable tow strap on the rear *4 wheel alignment with a Hunter alignment setup done by Buckley Tyres in North Wales *Passenger side window motor has been replaced since the last advert and is now working perfectly The abs pump block bypassed. These cars are apparently a pain to bleed with a hydraulic handbrake and can cause all sorts of issues with warning lights on the dash and the brake lights not working. I solved it by bypassing the abs totally and running all new copper lines. There are no warning lights on the dash, the brake lights work and the braking system and hydro still work great.* The items with a * have been fitted/done during my ownership. Front tyres are Uniroyal Rainsport and were brand new before Matsuri Rear tyres are delaminated but holding air I've been purposely harsh about the condition so that no one is under the illusion that it is a mint show car. It is however the most reliable drift car I've ever had, the only time I've ever had a problem with it was my own stupid fault for not tightening the air filter against the maf properly. The sealing o-ring got sucked into the intake, got stuck on the butterfly valve and confused the drive by wire system. 20 mins removing the o-ring from the intake, bolting it back together and clearing the fault codes and it was good as new. I've done 4 drift days in it in October, January, March and June and it's been sat on my driveway on a trailer otherwise. It has never failed to start first turn of the key, never overheated etc and since the alignment has been sorted I've gone from tentative 40mph 2nd gear entries to 65mph 3rd gear entries into the 1st corner of the bdc track in Teeside and linking the whole track, so it is a perfectly capable drift car. The only reason for sale is i now have 3 drift cars, one has to go and unfortunately it's this one. {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {}
